Im not going to give my address but I live on a double lot on Green Str. While taking my dog out I saw this man who was parked in front of my house get in his car. About 20 min later leaving my house I see that this same car is now parked up one parking space ahead of where he was. Outside his driver side is a substantial load of garbage ranging from empty beer bottles and plastic bottles which leads me to believe he is the culprit. The lic number is R16 8977. This is despicable rude very inconsiderate to people with homes on the street. I'm tired of picking up empty anti freeze bottles half filled dunkin donut cups. This man needs a ticket for littering.
