Tree Debris

It's the vacant lot at the corner of 34th Place and Morgan St. The lot is for sale but has garbage, dead trees, very high weeds, broken glass and is only partially fenced in a neighborhood with children. The strip of land between the sidewalk ad the street is in the same condition. When photographing, a rat ran across the side walk from the lot to the street.
