Standing water in uncovered swimming pool at abandoned building. Appears to also violate the following building codes: 13-96-640 Location.. This is not a single family residence; 13-96-700 Walk areas. There is not a 6 foot walk area on the south side; 13-96-720 Steps or ladders, There is not two means of egress; 13-96-800 It's not drained and it's not maintained. It is a nuisance or dangerous to life or detrimental to health.
