Multiple rodents living in coach house behind 3210 S. Throop St. Coach house that is in a very deteriorated state is uninhabited by humans. Rodents are seen entering and exiting the premises on a daily basis. Someone needs to go into the basement of the coach house to bait for rats....baiting the alley is NOT sufficient for a problem of this magnitude.
