Sanitation Code Violation

I found a dead squirrel in my yard which I suspect was thrown in my yard from one of the gangbangers at 840 west 33rd Street. I called 311 to ask for a pickup on Friday Sept 4. I was instructed to put it n a box by my garbage cans in the back of my house in the alley by my garbage cans. I was told I would receive text messages when it would be picked up. I have not received any text messages. I found and called early enough before the holiday weekend began. I would like this box to be picked up as soon as possible as it has not been picked up yet. Because of the hot weather it smells bad.
