Sanitation Code Violation

Inappropriate containers and unsecured storage of large quantities of motor oil. There are at least ten containers (5 gallon) stacked beneath a tarp on the north-side rear of the property, against a neighboring fence. The condition of the containers is deteriorating quickly after two+ years in current location. Given their location, when the containers fail the oil will effect the property next door and foul the drainage of both properties. When asked to address the issue the property owner stated "mind your own f*cking business."
