Sanitation Code Violation

This is in the back alley of 840 west 33rd street next door to the west. This corner of the alley is a hideout for gangbangers and is covered by tall tree weeds from the CHA senior citizen yard. It makes a great hiding place because these weeds are overgrown. Clear all the weeds out so that anything that goes on in this corner or this alley can be seen from any car person in the alley across. There also needs to be a sign for senior citizen parking only in this section as well as well as a ball playing sign.
