Building Violation

I am going to report this every time Me and the surrounding neighbors have to hear this. Until the police go to this residence and tell them to turn their music off everyone has to endure it for at least 2 hours. This is a habitual problem in this area and this residence is a repeat offender whether it is winter spring or summer or fall we have to hear this they are the only ones who ruin the peace and quit of the neighborhood perhaps a fine or two would put a stop to this
